Scope

Main Technical Content: The principles of pest and disease prevention and control in nurseries should follow the approach of "prevention-first and scientific prevention and control", as well as the responsibility system of "who operates, who controls". Comprehensive prevention and control measures such as plant quarantine, cultivation management, biological control, physical control, and chemical control should be implemented before pests and diseases cause significant damage or harm. Strictly adhere to the "Regulations on Pesticide Management", strictly prohibit the use of prohibited pesticides, and restrict the use of limited-use pesticides. Comply with the provisions of the "Beijing Forestry Plant Quarantine Regulations", and promptly report the presence of quarantine-listed harmful organisms and dangerous harmful organisms to the competent forestry authorities and cooperate with relevant departments in their eradication.
