This standard specifies the terms and definitions of coal-fired combined-cycle power generation units, as well as the evaluation indicators and calculation methods for their economic operation. This standard applies to combined-cycle power generation units that have been in operation for one year or longer. Combined-cycle power generation units that use other fuels can refer to this standard for implementation. This standard does not apply to high-back-pressure steam turbine generators.
