Main technical content: This document specifies the liquid chromatography method for determining flavonoids in Scutellaria. This document is applicable to the determination of scutellarin, baicalein, scutellarein, baicalein, oridonin, apigenin, and lithospermin A in Scutellaria by liquid chromatography. The detection limits of the method in this document are as follows: the detection limits of scutellarin, baicalein, scutellarein, and baicalein in Scutellaria are all 0.075 mg/kg, the detection limits of oridonin and apigenin are both 0.15 mg/kg, and the detection limit of lithospermin A is 0.10 mg/kg.
