Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and quality certificates for rare earth phosphate green phosphors used in lighting.
This standard applies to phosphors obtained by high-temperature reaction, which are activated by rare earth Ce3+ and Tb3+ ions and emit green fluorescence when excited by ultraviolet rays at 253.7 nm.
