Scope

This part of GB/T 30474 specifies the types and dimensions, requirements, markings, and labels of shaft clamping devices for cylindrical grinding wheels used on hand-held grinding machines.
This part applies to shaft clamping devices used with cylindrical grinding wheels meeting the requirements of GB/T 30473—2013 where D ≤ 100 mm. Such shaft clamping devices are typically in the form of sheet-like cores, which are subjected to centrifugal force acting on the thin sheets, resulting in an increase in diameter, thereby clamping the cylindrical grinding wheels onto the clamping devices.
