Scope

This document stipulates the planning and design, plant configuration, planting, and maintenance of plant protection on the river and lake bank slopes.
This document is applicable to the river and lake bank slopes protected by plants listed in the "List of Backbone Waterways in Jiangsu Province" and the "List of Lake Protection in Jiangsu Province". The plant protection on the bank slopes of other rivers and lakes can be implemented as a reference. For rivers and lakes with requirements for waterborne schistosomiasis prevention and control, the plant protection on their bank slopes shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.
