Scope

This standard stipulates the limiting conditions for small stalls, small workshops, and small entertainment venues (hereinafter referred to as "three small" venues), and proposes the basic requirements for "three small" venues, fire separation and safety evacuation, fire alarm equipment and fire extinguishing facilities, fire hazard source control, and the responsibilities of operators, etc. of fire safety technical requirements. This standard applies to the fire safety rectification of "three small" venues in buildings that have been built and put into use and used for production and operation activities, but have not been able to obtain fire administrative permits or registrations due to historical issues and imperfect land, planning, or construction procedures. This standard does not apply to the fire design of new, reconstructed, or expanded construction projects.
