Scope

This document applies to the construction of newly established three-dimensional real estate models, newly issued electronic property registration certificates, and integrated two- and three-dimensional electronic property registration certificates. Existing electronic property registration certificates can continue to be used normally, and existing electronic property registration certificate systems need to be upgraded in accordance with the requirements of this document.
