T/NMGS 1004-2024 Processing chili with full mechanization - tray seedling cultivation technical regulations
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: 1. Select commercial substrates and standard cell trays. Alternatively, depending on the seedling age, client requirements, or production needs, different sizes of cell trays can be used. 2. Select high-quality, high-yield, and highly resistant pepper varieties that are suitable for mechanized planting. 3. Coated seeds can be sown directly. For uncoated seeds, soak and disinfect them with trisodium phosphate or potassium permanganate, or soak them in warm water before sowing. 4. Use fully automatic precision sowing machines. All operations, including substrate loading, tray pressing, sowing, and covering, are completed in one go by the automatic sowing machine. 5. Control the temperature within an appropriate range before and after seedling emergence, and harden the seedlings 10 days before transplanting. 6. Ensure timely water supply during pepper seedling cultivation. Water the seedlings thoroughly and evenly each time. Maintain the substrate in the seedling tray moist before seedling emergence; after seedling emergence, avoid over-moistening the substrate. 7. When the pepper reaches 3–4 true leaves, spray potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium superphosphate, and amino acid foliar fertilizer or balanced fully water-soluble fertilizer, with a fertilizer application interval of 15–20 days.
