Scope
This regulation stipulates the basic requirements for the safety management of large and medium-sized biogas projects, including the safety management during the decision-making stage, the implementation stage, and the operation stage, as well as the basic requirements for fire prevention and lightning protection, safe production, safety protection, and alarm control. This regulation applies to new, expanded, renovated, and existing large and medium-sized biogas projects with a gas production capacity of not less than 150m3/day.
