Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the thermal characteristics of LED lighting modules, including their external temperature and junction temperature. This standard is applicable to LED modules that operate stably under constant voltage, constant current, or constant power supplied by a power source of less than 250V DC, or 50Hz or 60Hz AC, and a voltage of less than 1000V.
