This document provides basic requirements, hazard classification, hazard identification, hazard control, and continuous improvement guidance and suggestions for the construction of a safety production hazard identification and control system for road transport operators in Jiangsu Province involving "two passenger transport vehicles, one dangerous goods transport vehicle, and high-risk operations". This document is applicable to standardizing and guiding the construction of accident hazard identification and control systems for road transport operators in Jiangsu Province. Operators of inter-county charter passenger transport, intra-county charter passenger transport, and Class III and below passenger transport routes may refer to and implement these guidelines accordingly.
