Scope
This standard specifies the method of coaxiality inspection for testing machines using strain measurement devices.
This standard is applicable to fatigue testing machines for metal materials, including dynamic uniaxial tensile and/or compression, pure torsion, combined tensile-torsion, combined compression-torsion, and combined tensile-compression-torsion tests.
