Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements, organizational implementation, rectification of problems and hidden dangers, issuance of reports, and safety and quality management for the centralized inspection of pressure-bearing special equipment in petrochemical installations. This document is applicable to the management of petrochemical installations with a total number of not less than 500 boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure pipelines subject to one-time centralized inspection.
