Basic Requirements 4.1 Site Requirements The entire cultivation site should be clean, with smooth drainage, clean water sources, fresh air, convenient transportation, and a production area located at a distance that meets the requirements of NY/T 2375 from industrial and mining "three wastes" and sources of pollution such as microorganisms, smoke, and dust. The water quality should comply with GB 5749. The cultivation area should be separated from the raw material warehouse, fermentation site, finished product warehouse, and living quarters. 4.2 Mushroom Room Requirements 4.2.1 The mushroom room environment should meet the requirements of NY 5358 and NY/T 2375, with conditions for ventilation, temperature control, and humidity regulation. Doors and windows can be opened or closed at any time, equipped with insect-proof nets, and disinfection treatments can be carried out after closing the doors and windows. The fresh air system in the factory-scale cultivation mushroom room should be regularly replaced or cleaned with filter nets. 4.2.2 The mushroom room is constructed with steel frames and polyurethane insulation panels, with a width of 7m, length of 30m, and height of 4.2m. There are three rows of 1m-wide bed frames with a total length of 27m and a total height of 2.4m, with a layer height of 48cm and a corridor width of 1m. Each bed frame has five layers, and the actual cultivation area of a mushroom room is 300m2 to 405m2. Mushroom rooms are equipped with 1m to 1.5m-long LED strips for supplemental lighting. 4.3 Facilities and Equipment Cultivation facilities should be insulated, durable, and have good heat insulation, as well as basic facilities such as rain protection, sun shading, and wind protection.
