Scope
This document describes the principles, testing equipment, samples, test conditions, the use of strain gauges and extensometers, testing procedures, test results, and test reports for the non-perforated compression test of polymer-based composite multi-directional laminates. This document is applicable to the determination of the non-perforated compression performance of symmetric and balanced multi-directional laminates made of continuous fiber-reinforced polymer-based composites. The determination of the non-perforated compression performance of woven composite flat panels can also be referenced for use.
