This document describes a high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of four flavonol compounds in cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) leaves. This method is suitable for determining the content of four flavonols, namely myricetin, rutin, pyrocarpin, and narcissin, in fresh and dried cassava leaves.
