Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and order form content for beryllium sheets. This standard applies to beryllium sheets made from beryllium powder with a purity of not less than 98%, which are formed into billets by vacuum hot pressing or cold pressing sintering, and then rolled and processed.
