This document is applicable to wheat-growing areas in hilly and mountainous regions of Chongqing City; Main technical content: 3.1 Variety selection: The varieties should be approved by the Chongqing City or National Variety Approval Committee and suitable for planting in mountainous areas of Chongqing, such as high-yield, high-quality wheat varieties like Yumai 13, Yumai 10, and Sichuan Mai 104. 3.2 Seed quality: The seed quality shall comply with the requirements of GB 4404.1. The seed purity shall be ≥99.0%, the seed cleanliness shall be ≥99.0%, the germination rate shall be ≥85.0%, and the moisture content shall be ≤13.0%. 3.3 Straw returning to the field: After harvesting the previous crop, crush and scatter the straw evenly, and till with a micro-tiller 1-2 times. Level and smooth the soil to facilitate sowing. For slopes >15°, large-scale tillage equipment is difficult to operate, and straw is hard to return to the field. After manual digging and sowing, chop the straw into smaller pieces and cover it between wheat rows or within reserved rows. 3.4 Sowing 3.4.1 Seed treatment: It is recommended to use coated seeds to control diseases and pests such as stripe rust, leaf spot, stem base rot, aphids, and underground pests. Seeds can be treated with fenpyroximate + imidacloprid seed dressing or imidacloprid + sulfoxaflor or imidacloprid + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyraclostrobin + pyracl
