Scope

This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of cyclopentadiene, 2-butyne, 2-methyl-1-butene-3-yne, 1-pentene, cis-1,3-pentadiene, and trans-1,3-pentadiene in industrial isoprene (polymerization grade) not less than 0.5 mg/kg, as well as 3-pentene-1-yne not less than 1.0 mg/kg.
