Scope
This standard specifies the classification, usage conditions, technical requirements, test methods, and inspection rules of low-voltage boosting devices at the end of low-voltage power distribution networks (hereinafter referred to as the device), as well as its marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to low-voltage boosting devices at the end of three-phase or single-phase power lines under normal outdoor operating conditions, with a rated insulation voltage of 660 V, a rated working voltage of AC 400 V or less, and a frequency of 50 Hz.
