Scope

This standard specifies the content and indicators of the evaluation system for natural forest resources protection projects in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China and Inner Mongolia (hereinafter referred to as the "Tianbao Project"), including the overall evaluation of the Tianbao Project, the evaluation system for key ecological public welfare forest protection projects, the evaluation system for general ecological public welfare forest protection areas, the evaluation system for commercial forest management and construction projects, the evaluation system for industrial structure adjustment projects, and the evaluation system for social security projects, etc.
This standard is applicable to state-owned forest management units in the state-owned forest areas of Northeast China and Inner Mongolia that have implemented the Tianbao Project for more than five years.
