Scope
This document sets out the general requirements for the green development of low-quality coal comprehensive utilization power plants, including clean production, energy-saving and efficient technologies, and environmentally friendly low-carbon technologies.
This document is applicable to the selection and application of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies in comprehensive utilization power plants that primarily use low-quality coal such as sludge and coal gangue as fuel. Other power plants can refer to and implement it as appropriate.
