This document specifies the requirements for the preparation of the general requirements for urban flood control planning, urban overview, situation analysis, overall planning layout, urban protection zone division and management standards, hydrology and water resources calculation, engineering measures planning, non-engineering measures planning, investment estimation and implementation, comprehensive evaluation, and other content.
