Scope

This standard specifies the process, requirements, handling of results, and information management for safety production inspections and supervisions. This standard applies to departments with safety production supervision and management responsibilities within the administrative area of the province, as well as their dispatched or entrusted agencies, for organizing safety production and occupational health inspections and supervisions of units engaged in production and operation activities within their jurisdiction. This standard does not apply to comprehensive safety production inspections and supervisions organized under the names of the government, safety production committees, or safety production committee offices. Where relevant national departments or related industries have separate regulations on safety production inspections and supervisions, those regulations shall prevail.
