This document specifies the technical requirements for removing the pathogens of citrus Huanglongbing disease, citrus scab virus, citrus leafroll virus, citrus decline virus, and Wenzhou mandarin wilt virus from citrus seedlings; and for the comprehensive prevention and control of major field diseases in citrus, including citrus anthracnose, Huanglongbing disease, ulcer disease, and foot rot disease. This document is applicable to the detoxification of pathogens such as the citrus Huanglongbing pathogen and the citrus scab virus in citrus seedlings in South China, as well as the comprehensive prevention and control of major field diseases in citrus, including citrus anthracnose, Huanglongbing disease, ulcer disease, and foot rot disease.
