Scope

This standard specifies the classification, requirements, fabric surface defect scoring, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging of combed cotton-polyester blended plain fabrics.
This standard is applicable to the quality assessment of combed cotton-polyester blended plain fabrics with a cotton content of more than 50% produced by weaving machines, excluding jacquard fabrics and fabrics for special purposes.
