Scope
Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for preparing nursery beds for grafting and seedling production of Chimaphila sinensis, cultivating rootstocks, preparing scions, grafting, post-grafting management, seedling removal from the nursery, and file management. This document is applicable to grafting and seedling production of Chimaphila sinensis in the southern and central regions of Jiangsu Province. Main technical content: Through experiments such as optimizing rootstock selection and comparing grafting methods, and managing grafted seedlings, this document summarizes the grafting and seedling production techniques of Chimaphila sinensis. Using Wan Chun Yulan as the rootstock, Chimaphila sinensis was grafted using spring cuttings or cleft grafting methods, with a grafting survival rate of 75.1%. Through scientific management, the average height growth of one-year grafted seedlings can reach 150cm.
