Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, sampling methods, testing methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for needle-leaf feed powder. Needle-leaf feed powder is made from needle-leaf vitamin powder or fresh needle leaves, which are extracted with petroleum ether to prepare pine needle chlorophyll and carotene ointments or further processed products. It cannot be made from the residues obtained after extracting needle-leaf vitamin powder or fresh needle leaves with polar solvents (water, ethanol, etc.).
