Scope
This document specifies the design, fabrication, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, surface cleaning and protection, marking, packaging, storage, and other requirements for piping in power stations. This document is applicable to steel steam and water piping in thermal power plants. Other steel piping in thermal power plants and steel steam and water piping in the conventional island of nuclear power plants can be used as a reference for implementation.
