Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for public evaluation of government affairs, third-party agency assessments, supervision and evaluation by representatives from all walks of life, and public satisfaction surveys. This standard applies to all levels of administrative organs in Sichuan Province, as well as the dispatched agencies and internal institutions established by administrative organs to perform administrative management functions in their own names in accordance with laws and regulations, and organizations authorized by laws and regulations to perform public affairs management functions. Grassroots mass autonomous organizations (residents' committees and villagers' committees) may refer to and implement it accordingly.
