Scope

This standard specifies the terminology and definitions, technical requirements, and test methods for the energy efficiency limits and energy efficiency grades of pulverized coal industrial boilers. This standard applies to fixed-type industrial steam boilers, hot water boilers, and organic heat carrier boilers that use pulverized coal as fuel and have a rated pressure of less than 3.8 MPa and a rated evaporation capacity (rated thermal power) of greater than or equal to 6 t/h (4.2 MW).
