Scope
This standard specifies the term definitions, assessment indicators, testing methods, and sampling and assessment rules for determining whether yellowtail fish have been injected with water. This standard is applicable to the assessment of fresh and frozen yellowtail fish that have been injected with water, and can also be used as a reference for assessing whether other marine fish have been artificially injected with water.
