Scope
This specification is applicable to the calibration of nucleic acid analyzers that analyze the length and concentration of nucleic acid fragments based on the principle of gel electrophoresis. The applicable length range of nucleic acid fragments is (100~1,000) bp. For the calibration of nucleic acid analyzers exceeding this fragment length range, reference can be made to this specification. This specification is not applicable to the calibration of flat-bed electrophoresis instruments and genetic analyzers.
