Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions for the cultivation of lingzhi (red lingzhi) [Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss.ex.Fr.) Karst], the quality requirements for mycelium, the cultivation season, the cultivation substrate, the production of bagged mycelium and log-inoculated mycelium, cultivation management, pest and disease control, and harvesting and drying. This standard applies to the cultivation of lingzhi (red lingzhi) using substitute substrates and log-inoculated substrates in Fujian Province.
