Scope

This document describes the preparation method of multi-dispersed spherical particles based on the distribution of quasi-monodisperse standard samples in a pointed fence, as well as the characterization of monodisperse components with acceptable uncertainty and the uncertainty evaluation of particle mixtures. Under appropriate technical constraints, this material is generally suitable for all particle characterization methods. This document lists the application of this standard sample in the calculation of reliability based on mass cumulative size distribution.
This document applies to the preparation technical characteristics beyond the general requirements for certified and uncertified standard samples described in GB/T 15000.2-2019, ISO Guide 31, ISO Guide 35, and ISO 17034.
