Scope

This document establishes the principles and ethics of juvenile justice social work services, and stipulates the services for intervening in bad behaviors of minors, corrective education services for serious bad behaviors, suitable adult services, social investigation services, guidance and education services, victim protection and assistance services, guardianship services for family cases, as well as service methods, service management, service evaluation, and service guarantee requirements. This document is applicable to social work services aimed at preventing juvenile delinquency, protecting the rights and interests of minors within the judicial process, and providing educational and correctional services for them.
