Scope

This document provides guidance on fire safety management for daily aspects such as the use, parking, charging, sales, and maintenance of electric bicycles. It applies to management and use units of electric bicycle parking and charging facilities, construction and operation units of charging (replacement) facilities, and electric bicycle sales and maintenance after-sales service units (stores), as well as users who need to fulfill their responsibilities in fire safety management of electric bicycles. Other related fire management measures for electric tricycles, electric mopeds, and electric motorcycles can also be implemented accordingly.
