Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the contents of hafnium (Hf), titanium (Ti), zirconium (Zr), tungsten (W), and tantalum (Ta) in niobium-hafnium alloys by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the contents of hafnium, titanium, zirconium, tungsten, and tantalum in niobium-hafnium alloys. The determination range is shown in Table 1.
