Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic principles, system requirements, operation and maintenance management requirements, and reporting requirements for major system operation events of the single-purpose commercial prepaid card business system.
This standard applies to the system construction and operation management of single-purpose commercial prepaid card issuers, group card issuers (card sales), and brand card issuers (card sales). It excludes the named prepaid card certificates issued by power fuel sales enterprises and used for paying for power fuel in specific production and operation vehicles.
