Scope
This document describes the evaluation method of noise annoyance based on auditory experiments, as well as the prediction models of perceived annoyance and psychoacoustic annoyance, and the method of establishing their conversion models. This document is applicable to the evaluation and prediction of noise annoyance in outdoor environments. For the evaluation and prediction of other noise annoyances, such as indoor noise affected by outdoor environmental noise, this document can be used as a reference.
