This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and models, basic parameters, materials, and operating conditions of submersible axial flow pumps, as well as requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to the manufacture and inspection of three-phase submersible axial flow pumps (hereinafter referred to as "pumps") used for transporting water and liquids with similar physical and chemical properties.
