Scope
Scope: This document specifies the general approach, monitoring and investigation, prevention and control, and effect evaluation requirements for the prevention and control of harmful organisms in plain ecological forests. This document is applicable to the monitoring and prevention of harmful organisms in plain ecological forests in the Beijing area, including artificially planted forests, new collective forest farms, and suburban parks. The monitoring and prevention of harmful organisms in forests such as parks, green spaces, courtyards, and villages can be implemented with reference to this document. Main technical content: (1) It proposes the scope of monitoring and prevention of harmful organisms in plain ecological forests and relevant referenced standards. (2) It defines the number of professional personnel, technical requirements, and training issues for the monitoring and prevention of harmful organisms in plain ecological forests. (3) It clarifies the basic quantity, scale, category, and standardized name of materials and equipment for the monitoring and prevention of harmful organisms in plain ecological forests, and proposes recommendations for their service life.
