Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the irrigation forms, technical requirements, and acceptance and inspection procedures for the construction of trace irrigation systems in the process of organic vegetable cultivation, to ensure that the construction of trace irrigation systems meets the requirements for the normal operation of automatic control equipment used in information construction. Main technical content: 1. Design review: In the automatic irrigation design report, the pipe network design shall be reviewed, and the review content shall include: water and fertilizer (such as microalgae active fertilizer) balance, water head loss calculation, hydraulic design of irrigation plots, design flow and fertilizer supply quantity versus design water head, node pressure balance, and hydraulic surge pressure verification. 2. Water quality: The water quality for automatic irrigation shall at least meet the requirements of the current national standard GB 5084 "Standards for Irrigation Water Quality in Farmland", and there shall be no impurities larger than 1/10 to 1/7 of the nozzle diameter. For automatic control systems using pilot control valves, the water quality shall exceed this standard. The irrigation system shall adopt multi-stage filtration to treat irrigation water. The selection of filtration methods shall be as follows: - When the water quality contains less than 10mg/L of inorganic matter, a mesh filter (pleated filter) or a sand-gravel filter + mesh filter (pleated filter) shall be used. - When the water quality contains 10mg/L to 100mg/L of inorganic matter, a hydrocyclone + mesh filter (pleated filter) or a hydrocyclone + sand-gravel filter + mesh filter (pleated filter) shall be used. - When the water quality contains >100mg/L of inorganic matter, a sedimentation tank + mesh filter (pleated filter) or a sedimentation tank + sand-gravel filter + mesh filter (pleated filter) shall be used. - When the water quality contains <10mg/L of organic matte
