Scope

This standard specifies the terms, definitions, and symbols, testing methods, testing grading, and usage conditions, testing requirements, data processing, testing errors, and testing reports for on-site detection of heat loss in urban heating insulation pipe networks.
This standard applies to the on-site detection of heat loss in urban heating insulation pipes, pipe joints, and their accessories (hereinafter referred to as pipes) with a hot water medium temperature of less than or equal to 150 °C and a steam medium temperature of less than or equal to 350 °C.
