Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, operating procedures, and relevant records for online calibration of fully enclosed direct load-type safety valves for flammable and explosive media. This standard applies to the online calibration and safety protection during the implementation process of fully enclosed direct load-type safety valves for flammable and explosive media with a set pressure of 0.2 MPa to 30 MPa and a flow channel diameter of 15 mm to 250 mm, within the inspection cycle of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines. Other types of safety valves with similar calibration methods may also be implemented in accordance with this standard.
