YY/T 1695-2020 Medical devices for human assisted reproductive technology—Determination of amino acids in human assisted reproductive media
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the determination of amino acid components in culture media used in human assisted reproductive technology by using amino acid analyzers, high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometers, and high-performance liquid chromatography pre-column derivatization methods.
This standard is applicable to the quantitative analysis of 19 amino acids, including glycine (GLY), leucine (LEU), methionine (MET), tyrosine (TYR), histidine (HIS), threonine (THR), alanine (ALA), isoleucine (ILE), tryptophan (TRY), cysteine (CYS), lysine (LYS), aspartic acid (ASP), valine (VAL), phenylalanine (PHE), proline (PRO), serine (SER), glutamic acid (GLU), arginine (ARG), and taurine (TAU), in culture media used in human assisted reproductive technology.
