This document specifies the terms and definitions, abbreviations, basic requirements, evaluation content and quality grades, evaluation implementation, and evaluation result management for the evaluation and improvement of service quality at fuel (gas) stations. This document is applicable to self-evaluation and improvement of service quality at fuel (gas) stations, as well as third-party evaluations. Second-party evaluations may be implemented as a reference. The evaluation objects do not include skid-mounted fuel (gas) stations and marine fuel (gas) stations.
