This document defines the terms and definitions of the application technology of waste residue and marine mud composite geopolymer cement (hereinafter referred to as "geopolymer cement"), and stipulates the requirements for geopolymer cement, geopolymer soil stabilization materials, geopolymer mortar, geopolymer concrete, quality inspection and acceptance, and safety and environmental protection.
