Scope
This document describes five methods for measuring the normal elasticity constant of atomic force microscopy probes, with a measurement accuracy error of 5% to 10%. Each method belongs to one of the three categories: dimensional method, static experimental method, and dynamic experimental method. The choice of method depends on the purpose of the analysis, ease of use, and the available instrumentation conditions.
